It was a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were damp and faced a noisy road, making it hard to rest properly, but the suite room had a lot of bugs like insects and white ants. The service was good overall, with accommodating staff from check-in to check-out, although there were issues during check-in. The location was vibrant but suffered from the noise of neighboring establishments, yet it provided easy access to the beach and shopping areas. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially for carb lovers, with a rich breakfast offering. The facilities were decent, despite some shortcomings.
